Our Privacy Policy separately explains how we collect and handle personal information.
GRANVIA provides creative services, including website design, UI/UX design, development, branding, digital content, and related services.
Each purchase is limited to the specific services and deliverables described on the applicable service page, checkout, proposal, or written scope of work.
Unless expressly included, additional pages, features, revisions, development, copywriting, animations, integrations, or other services are excluded.
Any changes to the agreed scope must be approved in writing by both parties before additional work begins. Additional fees and timeline adjustments may apply.
Where a separate signed agreement or Statement of Work exists, its specific terms take priority over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
Payment amounts, schedules, and conditions are determined by the purchased service or separately agreed project details.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable processing fees, third-party costs, licenses, hosting fees, or additional expenses will be disclosed before they are charged.
GRANVIA reserves the right to pause work, withhold deliverables, or suspend services when payments are overdue.
Any deposit specified at the time of purchase is non-refundable and secures project scheduling, availability, and initiation.
Ownership of final deliverables transfers only after all outstanding payments have been received.
All payments are non-refundable once a project begins, as time and resources are reserved and allocated in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable upon payment.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to the conditions of the purchased service or separately agreed project terms.
If the Client cancels a project, the Client remains responsible for the total agreed project fee unless GRANVIA agrees otherwise in writing.
This includes work completed, time allocated, expenses incurred, and any remaining payment obligations under the agreed scope.
If a project is delayed, paused, or abandoned by the Client, payments already made remain non-refundable.
Any outstanding invoices become due upon termination.
Exceptions or adjustments must be agreed to in writing by GRANVIA.
Project timelines and start dates vary depending on the services purchased, project scope, and availability.
Any estimated timelines will be communicated separately.
Delays caused by missing materials, feedback, or approvals may affect the agreed schedule. GRANVIA is not responsible for delays outside its control.
Revisions are limited to the scope and conditions outlined in the purchased service or agreed project details.
Requests outside the original scope, including additional revisions, new features, or changes in creative direction, may result in additional fees.
Any additional work and associated costs must be approved by the Client before proceeding.
The Client agrees to provide the information, materials, access, feedback, and approvals reasonably needed to complete the purchased services.
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of submitted content and for obtaining the necessary rights and licenses to use any materials provided.
Unless otherwise agreed, the Client is responsible for third-party costs, including fonts, photography, software, and subscriptions.
Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect project timelines.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables expressly included in the purchased service or agreed project scope and specifically created for the Client transfers to the Client.
GRANVIA retains ownership of all preliminary materials, unused concepts, drafts, design explorations, rejected work, internal processes, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property.
No ownership rights are granted to unpaid or unapproved deliverables.
Third-party materials, including fonts, plugins, stock photography, software, and licensed assets, remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or use unused design concepts without GRANVIA's written permission.
Ownership does not extend to any materials, concepts, or deliverables outside the agreed scope.
GRANVIA retains the non-exclusive, worldwide, ongoing right to display completed work and selected design concepts for portfolio, promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes.
This includes displaying work on our website, social media, presentations, publications, awards submissions, and other promotional channels.

Confidential information may include business strategies, financial information, proprietary materials, internal documents, and other information identified as confidential or reasonably understood to be private.
Neither party may disclose or use confidential information for purposes unrelated to the project without written permission, except where required by law or necessary for approved project work.
Access to confidential information will be limited to individuals who reasonably need it to perform their responsibilities and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
The Client confirms that they own or have obtained appropriate rights and permissions for all materials provided to GRANVIA.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
The Client agrees to protect GRANVIA against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal expenses resulting from materials supplied by the Client or the Client's wrongful acts or omissions.

This warranty does not extend to Client-supplied materials, unauthorized modifications, or uses outside the agreed scope.
